FOOTWEAR:
New Boots may be returned for a refund within the 7 Days immediately following Delivery to Customer providing they have NOT been worn outside ~ The outsoles must be clean! Any/All original tags must still be attached.

SADDLES:
Unless prior arrangements are made, New & Used Saddles may be returned for credit within 4 days of the Day-of-Delivery to Customer PROVIDING they are returned in the exact same condition as when purchased and are accompanied by all tags and a receipt. It is highly recommended that Saddles returned to us be insured up to the purchase price. All Saddle Returns MUST BE PRE-APPROVED so please Call Us First.
